Vivian Lim

Vivian Lim wants to uncover hidden stories and bridge cultural and gender differences by building communities to inspire social good. Her platform Gen, previously known as Women in Asia, organises initiatives that range from creative programmes to mentoring circles and ideation workshops. Vivian also runs +65, which is focused on finding sustainable ideas and solutions for businesses, and has been a TEDx organiser for a decade; she is currently its lead curator for Singapore. In 2019, she was selected as an Obama Foundation Asia-Pacific Leader.
