Sumitra Magrati
Social Activist
Sumitra Magrati is from Nepal, South Asia. She is social activist and Social Mobilizer. She is former fellow of YWPLI for 2020-2021 of Women LEAD Nepal and also Ambassador of Global Goodwill Ambassador foundation. She has led many campaign on caste based discrimination, Sexual exploitation and other social media campaign. She is co initiator of Dalit Dignity First which works on and speaks on caste based discrimination. Recently she is working in rural part of Nepal,Okhaldhunga by being Educational District Field Officer from REED Nepal. She is recently leading alone 80 government schools by collaborating with Local government with the purpose to maintain Gender equality and Social inclusion, women empowerment and to promote stability in education in rural areas.
