Jess Northend

Jess Northend works at the intersection of innovation and leadership. She is currently Policy Lead at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, where her work focuses on how leaders should adapt to the next generation of frontier technologies. Jess also acts as a strategic advisor and coach to senior leaders in government and tech, and recently served on teaching teams for leadership, ethics and negotiation at the Harvard Kennedy School, for full-time students and exec education.
