Elyssa Ludher

Ms Elyssa Kaur Ludher is a Visiting Fellow with Climate Change for Southeast Asia, ISEAS- Yusof Ishak Institute. Prior to that she contributed to food security policy research at World Bank, Centre for Liveable Cities Singapore, and the Singapore Food Agency. Her publications include “RICH Food Smart City”, “Food and the City: Overcoming Challenges for Food Security”, and “Preparing for a Climate Resilient Singapore”.
