Aaryani Sahay is a young leader, social entrepreneur, public speaker, innovator, and changemaker. Her vision is to create a world in which nobody has to hesitate to seek support. To achieve this, she co-founded the non-profit 'Let's Talk', which aims to spread mental health awareness among adolescents and encourage them to seek help. The initiative has conducted 180+ awareness sessions, impacted 20,000 people, gained 200 volunteers globally and established 35 chapters across India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. Aaryani guides a global team of passionate advocates and collaborates with leading mental health organisations and professionals. Let's Talk has been featured in The Times of India, The Indian Express, The Tribune, The Bangalore Mirror, The Deccan Herald and several other news sites and radio stations.
